'The Amazing Spider-Guy 2' Will get a 2014 Release Date

Columbia Pictures The new sony's The Astonishing Spider-Guy won't hit theaters until This summer 3, 2012, however the studio has already been mapping out plans for any follow up, The Astonishing Spider-Guy 2. Friday, the studio penciled inside a release date for that second film within the restarted franchise, placing a marker lower on May 2, 2014. The brand new, refurbished Spider-Guy, directed by Marc Webb, stars Andrew Garfield within the legendary role of Peter Parker and the web-slinging alter-ego Spider-Guy.
